The "Cuvée les Galfins" comes from a single plot located on Kimmeridgian marls. We wait for the ideal maturity, so that the aromas are fully expressed. The grapes are always golden and give varying notes depending on the year, of lemon, grapefruit, orange, tangerine, sometimes even exotic fruits. This wine can be served as an aperitif, with a festive meal, shellfish, crustaceans, seafood, fish, white meats and cheeses.
