Dark red with a purple shine. It opens with sweet fruity notes that reminds us of apricot and peach, then it reveals all its spicy side: white pepper, liquorice and menthol; at the end even some delicate notes of violette show up. A great variety and richness that is never opulent. In the mouth it is fluid, silky, equilibrated from the beginning to the end, the entire range of flavours appear all long the sip, on the back palate a fresh cherry sensation is commonly recognised. Perfect with saffron risotto with ossobuco.
