It is a racy Bandol with a frank nose, coated tannin and persistent fruit. Heir to our amourvèdre wine, this Bandol was born on the terroirs of Beausset vieux, 95% Mourvèdre and 5% Grenache, vinified in wooden vats from Grenier and aged for 18 months in casks from Stockinger. This wine was elaborated through natural fermentation. This wine accompanies meat in sauce, red meat and game.
