Goes perfectly with fish in sauce or meats accompanied by a white sauce.
Selection of 40-year-old vines, located at Roche de Glun in the south of the appellation. Manual harvest. Direct pressing and settling. Vinification in vats and demi-muid with native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in vats and demi-muid.
