This wine is made at the place called Les Côtes à Chignin, facing south-west. 25 year old vines on clay-silt-limestone soils on friable rock at 15 cm. Zeph is the nickname of Adrien's grandfather. This great wine reveals intense fruit on yellow fruits and great minerality. The balance is perfect. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also with fish or Savoyard cheeses such as Tomme de Savoie or Emmental.
