A pale pink colour, limpid and brilliant. Strong aromas mingle with peach and orange blossom in an explosive bouquet. We find the crunchy and tangy side of grapefruit, carried by a nice sweetness. It has a lively acidity reminiscent of pomelos. As an aperitif, on a dried tomato pie or for the greediest, on a strawberry tartlet.

Un robe rosé pâle, limpide et brillant. Les arômes amyliques se mêlent à la pêche et à la fleur d’oranger dans un bouquet explosif. On retrouve le coté croquant et acidulé du pamplemousse, portée par une douce sucrosité. Il présente une vive acidité rappelant le pomelos. En apéritif, sur une tarte aux tomates séchées ou pour les plus gourmands, sur une tartelette aux fraises.
