Region & Vintage: Viré-Clessé AOC, Bourgogne (Mâconnais), vintage 2023.
Variety & Viticulture: 100 % Chardonnay, organic viticulture, carefully selected vineyards managed with biodiversity and minimal intervention.
Colour: Pale yellow with subtle golden reflections — bright and fresh in appearance.
Aroma: Elegant and expressive — notes of white flowers, almond shell, subtle butter or cream nuance, citrus peel and soft orchard fruits. 
Palate: The entry is smooth; body is medium with a lovely roundness and sufficient tension. Flavours include yellow fruit (peach, apricot), soft citrus, almond and a mineral backbone that adds finesse. The oak or lees influence is present but well-integrated, delivering complexity without heaviness. 
Finish: Clean and persistent, with a refreshing acid line and a lingering hint of white-fruit sweetness and almond-shell nuance.
