Wine Pairing Omega Perch
The Omega perch is a freshwater fish from a breeding pond. It has a slightly earthy taste, less salty than sea fish. That is why an aromatic white wine, which gives some power, goes well with it: for example Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, or a white Douro from Portugal. A Chardonnay from Southern Europe or from Southern Burgundy (Mâcon and Côte Chalonnaise) is a safe choice.
