This cuvée, which has spent more than 10 months in barrels, presents on the palate, despite its somewhat austere approach, a beautiful chalky and gourmet freshness that will delight lovers of terroir and confidential champagnes: take a look around the Valley du Petit Morin to discover nuggets at reasonable prices!

Wonderful

As a loyal M& C buyer, I grew out of my teenage-shoes and now wanted an organic Champagne for various health- and eco- concerns, and I found it here at this great shop. Excellent, light, charming, enjoyable, have 2 or 3 glasses, no regret. Will definitely come back.
