Cuvée produced on a vineyard of young vines, sillico clay and gneiss soil. Slow pressing without prior crushing. Powerful nose with very beautiful aromas of exotic fruits and more lemony notes. The palate feels mildly sweet and is soft, flavorful, and supple. It is a wine of pleasure with very beautiful elegance. Food and wine pairing: with dessert or as an aperitif and with spicy food.
