A yellow gold color with amber reflections. A complex and exuberant nose of candied fruit (bitter orange, quince and mango), honey and spices. Amber notes are revealed at the bottom of the glass. The palate is full and greedy, sweet to the extreme but retains a beautiful liveliness. It reveals notes of quince jelly and acacia honey, saffron and cloves. The camphor weft brings a certain freshness and gives it balance and length. Food and wine pairings: On a cheese platter where Roquefort and goat cheese will be in the spotlight. As an aperitif, with a mousse of dried tomatoes.
