Aging for 18 months in oak barrels (not new).
Biodynamic Demeter certified

Clay-limestone soil, average age of vines 60 years. Vinification is done in truncated conical wooden vats. The wines are unfiltered, unfined. Tasting: red fruits, red currant, morello cherry, black fruits and undergrowth. Medium but structured tannins with balanced acidity. It will ideally accompany steak tartare, roast duck, veal liver, savory tarts and egg dishes.
