Wine pairing Shrimp (North Sea)
A great classical starter: shrimp cocktail (from the North Sea). We opt for a classic French wine to accompany it: Sancerre, a wine made from sauvignon blanc from the Loire. A dry Chardonnay also works well and if you like a distinctly fruity taste, a vermentino from Tuscany can also work well.
