The history of Château de Garnerot is not the story of returning to family roots, but rather that of Renaissances... Respect for Nature, the Environment and People constitutes the pillar of this Renaissance. They seek to reveal the personality of each of their wines, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, so that an Aligoté as well as a Burgundy or a Mercurey 1er Cru expresses all of its personality. The château is thus committed from the start to the organic culture, with a biodynamic approach on certain plots, in order to deeply reconnect plants to their soil and the elements and to promote biodiversity.
