A majority of Limestone from Buzançais on lower "Kimmeridgien" (60%) and Limestone "lités supérieurs" on upper Oxonian (40%). Natural vinification, fermentation 100% with native yeasts. Aged for one year on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
A rather discrete nose, hesitating between ripe fruit and scree. Right and slender mouth, with a ripe matter, impetuous, and a tasty, fresh and intense final. Enjoy this wine with goat cheese, grilled lobster.
