Viognier, which contributes floral and aromatic notes, and Arneis, which adds minerality, are the two grape varieties combined to create the white wine that Camparo makes. In order to preserve freshness and acidity, the vineyards are situated in areas that face north. Stunning straw yellow color, with a long, clear, and complex citrus and fruity aroma nose. A full, soft, and smooth finish complements the broad, fresh, slightly crunchy, and salty flavor.
It is the ideal complement to a variety of appetizers, first courses that include fish, first courses in general, and shellfish. Great as a pre-dinner beverage.
