Aged in oak barrels

This cuvée combines roundness, aromas of white-fleshed fruits and freshness while maintaining a beautiful tension representative of the plot's terroir. This wine goes very well with goat's cheese, truite en papillotte or a platter of shellfish and crustaceans or grilled scallops.
This vintage highlights a place called: Les As. Located in the heights of Péronne, the 47 ares plot from which the grapes come has a beautiful exposure. The soil is essentially composed of flint. The grapes, after pressing, are vinified and aged on lees in oak barrels (5 to 10 wines) for a year and no filtration is done before bottling.
