A natural macerated Malvazija with three days of skin-contact. Aged for 8 months in old barrels of 250 litres. Rich golden yellow in hue. Aromatic scent of candied citrus, dried herbs, and yellow plum, accompanied by a hint of bread. On the palate, there are notes of dry herbs, citrus peel, quince, yellow plum, and spice.
This wine pairs well with sea food (fish, mussels), rice and barley prepared in various ways.
