A wine matured in barrels for 12 months, with great intensity both on the nose and in the mouth. Strawberry, redcurrant and cherry form an elegant and powerful bouquet. An aromatic quality that lasts in a rich and full mouth, backed by ripe tannins and a fine acidity. This wine will accompany grilled red meats, game and cheese such as Morbier.

Un vin élevé en fût pendant 12 mois, d'une grande intensité tant au nez qu'en bouche. Fraise, groseille et cerise forment un bouquet élégant et puissant. Une qualité aromatique qui perdure au sein d'une bouche riche et ample, adossée à des tanins mûrs et une fine acidité. Ce vin accompagnera les viandes rouges grillées, les gibiers et le fromage tel que le Morbier.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
