We discover aromas of red fruits (blackberries, black cherries) and redcurrant berries, bringing a touch of freshness. Notes of cocoa powder and mocha blend subtly with this fruit to compose a complex aromatic picture. The attack is frank, with a beautiful melted tannic structure which allows it to improve over the years. We find in the mouth the fruity aromatic palette. It reminds us of the crunchy berries of the gooseberry and the gourmet melt of the blackberry jelly. The roasted notes of mokka mingle with a discreet camphor weft, giving it that grain of character and its length in the mouth. Excellent on a Rossini-style duck breast deglazed with honey and raspberry vinegar. For those with a sweet tooth, a dark chocolate and red fruit mousse should be a pleasant companion for this bottle.

On découvre des arômes de fruits rouges (mûres, cerises noires) et de baies de groseilles, amenant une touche de fraîcheur. Les notes de poudrées de cacao et mokka se lient subtilement à ce fruit pour composer un tableau aromatique complexe. L’attaque est franche, avec une belle structure tannique fondue qui lui permet de se bonifier au fil des ans. On retrouve en bouche la palette aromatique fruitée. Elle nous rappelle les baies croquantes de la groseille et le fondu gourmand de la gelée de mûres. Les notes torréfiées de mokka se mêlent à une discrète trame camphrée, lui donnant ainsi ce grain de caractère et sa longueur en bouche. Excellent sur un magret façon Rossini déglacé au miel et vinaigre de framboise. Pour les plus gourmands, une mousse au chocolat noir et fruits rouges devrait être un agréable compagnon pour ce flacon.
