👃 Tasting Profile
It´s a gourmand white wine, with a pleasant smell of fresh fruits (citrus, pear, apple, orange blossom). On the palate it is wide and silky, velvety, and at the same time lively and fresh, with a slight dry final touch that cleanses the palate, persistent taste. A wine that immediately invites you to take another sip, and that does not tire. Low sulfite content and moderate alcohol.

🍽 Food Pairing
It is a perfect white wine to drink alone, as an aperitif or between hours. To eat with a good rice dish, with fish and shellfish, with all kinds of cheeses, with Asian food or with any light food dish. A good and tasty wine.

🛠 Winemaking
This is an organic wine made with Xarel.lo, the historical grape of the Penedès region, and Chardonnay. They fermented separately in stainless steel tank, at 16º Celsius, to stay on the fruit. Both were then kept on their lees for three months, to get their nice body. Blend was made just before bottling, and then bottles stayed in the cellar for several months before being released.
