Lower Kimmeridgian Buzançais limestones and flint clay formation. Natural vinification, fermentation 100% with native yeasts. Aged for one year on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Deep salmon pink color. Lemony mineral nose. Frank mouthfeel, with a lovely juice. It has a place of choice with starters based on meat, liver, cold meats, poultry in sauce, especially cooked in curry, and exotic cuisine.
