This cuvée, which only exists in magnum, comes from 100 year old Cinsault vines of the Domaine. The production is limited to only 500 bottles a year. It reveals an aromatic and complex palet. Ripe fruit, sweet spices and fine herbs blend to create a rich and intoxicating olfactory experience. A very elegant wine with tender tanins resulting in a balanced taste. You can enjoy this Cinsault with mushrooms, beef, lamb and game.
