Orange Wine

Orange wines are the result of vinifying white grapes the way red wine is normally made. Instead of removing skins after grapes are pressed (as is standard for whites), the juice is fermented in contact with skins. This results in an orange coloured wine.

Les vins oranges sont le résultat de la vinification des raisins blancs comme on fait normalement le vin rouge. Au lieu d'enlever les peaux après le pressurage des raisins (comme c'est la norme pour les blancs), le jus est fermenté au contact des peaux. Il en résulte un vin de couleur orange.
