Le Long du Chemin is the result of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards of a single parcel owned by the Domaine in the Vallée du Petit Morin. Produced starting from the 2019 harvest, this Blanc de Blancs vinifies "sous bois" or "under wood" for more than 10 months, a method considered a true catalyst of aromas and capable of sublimating the expression of the terroir. Champagne Les Régales does not undergo clarification or filtration processes and is certified BIO. Dosage within the parameters of Extra-Brut.
This Champagne is ideal to accompany both aperitifs, fish and crustacean dishes..
