This wine represents the estate very well, aged 14 months at 50% in demi muid (oak vats) and 50% in egg with an elegant and racy structure, a wine that you can also keep. This wine was elaborated through natural fermentation. A red wine that offers aromas of ripe black fruits, spicy and animal notes with a perfect balance between tannins and freshness. Pure elegant delight. Pair this with lamb chops with herbs, sausages, red meat and game.
