A majority of Limestone from Buzançais on lower "Kimmeridgien" (60%) and Limestone "lités supérieurs" on upper Oxonian (40%). Natural vinification, fermentation 100% with native yeasts. Aged for one year on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
