Domaine Dirler-Cadé
Dirler-Cadé stands as a jewel of Alsace, where generations of passion meet the artistry of terroir. Nestled among biodynamic vineyards, the estate crafts wines of purity, depth, and luminous elegance — a true reflection of nature’s harmony and timeless savoir-faire.
Jean Dirler and his wife, Ludivine Cadé passed on from father to son through five generations of wine growers. It has been cultivated using biodynamic practices since 1998. They now grow 18 hectares of vines and produce 4 ranges of wines:
- 4 grands crus : Saering, Spiegel, Kessler et Kitterlé (40 % de la production Grand Cru)
- lieux-dits Belzbrunnen, Bux, Schimberg, et Bollenberg
- vins de cépages, issus des 7 variétés : Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Muscat et Sylvaner
- Crémants d’Alsace bruts natures : vins effervescents non dosés vinifiés selon la méthode traditionnelle à base de Pinot Gris et Auxerrois, Riesling ou Pinot Noir
