The first impression gives subtle notes of white flowers and citruses, while the second develops more of a mineral scent. The flavour is strong and elegant, as pear Williams mixed with citruses notes. The balance is composed and well-structured, with a nice vivid touch, long and expressive in mouth. This wine goes very well with poultry in wild mushroom sauce, or a fresh fish dish.

Bijna kleurloos maar met een mooie glans.
Geur van anijs, pompelmoes, honing, rijp fruit met perzik.
Mooi evenwicht in de mond, goed aansluitend bij de geur, met een bittertje op het einde.
Tweede dag blijkt onze koelkast toch wat te koud te staan.
Het originele is wat van de wijn en er blijft een fris (ijskoud) aperitiefwijntje over.
