Finca El Molar Manchuela
Finca El Molar is the fruit of daughter and father Jiménez who, after a long tradition of grape growing and working in different wineries, started his own project at Finca El Molar in 1998. The soil and climate are ideal for vineyards, olives, pistachios and almond trees. Apart from these commercial crops, great care is taken to the environment to create a green ecosystem. In 2011, some national and indigenous grape varieties were planted in: Graciano and Moravia Agria. All Finca products are certified organic. The wines are also Vegan due to the exclusion of animal products during the clarification.
