Plot of 75 acres planted in the 1980s. First vintage in 2019, this one is made from Pinot Noir which brings vinosity, structure and finesse. Vinification with native yeasts. Freshness and lightness on the nose due to the low dose of SO2. Citrus note on the palate. Crémant de Bourgogne can be enjoyed on many occasions, as an aperitif, accompanied by light hors d'oeuvres, or as an accompaniment to dishes such as seafood, roasted poultry or soft cheeses.
