This Cru Goulaine is one of the seven new “Communal” appellations officially recognized in Muscadet. This great wine designed for aging is the result of rigorous work in the vineyard and aging “on lees” for 24 months. A very elegant nose with spring flowers and dried fruits with a very pleasant minerality. The attack on the palate is lively with flavors of lemon and grapefruit with lots of fat and a nice freshness. A great, fresh and powerful wine. Food and wine pairing: aperitif, fish, poultry, vegetables and mature cheeses.
