Rosé wine
Rosé wine is made from blue or red grapes. The typical color is obtained by allowing the skin to ferment with the juice for a certain period (a few hours). The shorter the lighter the color and vice versa. We distinguish between light fresh rosé wines and full body rosé wines.
Le vin rosé est élaboré à partir de raisins bleus ou rouges. La couleur typique est obtenue en laissant fermenter la peau avec le jus pendant plusieurs heures. Plus la fermentation péliculaire est courte, plus le vin est clair et inversement. Nous distinguons les vins rosés légers et frais et les vins rosés amples.
