🍷 Tasting notes
Style & blend
Southern French red from Coteaux Varois en Provence, typically based on Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan, with élevage partly in large oak and concrete. The style balances Mediterranean ripeness with freshness.
Nose Ripe red berries (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), garrigue herbs, gentle spices (pepper, licorice), subtle earthy and lightly smoky notes
Palate Medium- to full-bodied, supple and well-balanced, juicy red fruit layered with spice and savory tones, fine, ripe tannins, good freshness despite the sunny vintage, long, harmonious finish with a Provençal character
Overall impression Expressive, warm yet controlled, combining generosity with elegance. Drinking well now, with the structure to evolve further.
