This red wine is very accessible, deliciously fruity and medium-bodied. Excellent to combine with pasta, beef, lamb and light game dishes such as venison.

Tai Rosso is a genetic match with Garnacha (Grenache, Alicante, Cannonau and Vernaccia Nera) but all of them have developed in relative isolation for centuries. Light in color with floral and herbal aromas.
Spontaneous fermentation occurs in an open wooden vat, where the grapes are left in contact with the skins for 10 days. The refinement continues in wooden barrels for 12 months and then in the bottle. No clarification or filtration is performed.
