A 4 ha plot of Gamay on granite soil. The grapes are vatted cold at 10°, carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, non-interventionist vinification (or without pumping over and without punching down). Time does its job, the only action is the bi-weekly analysis which serves to follow the evolution of the wine. Aged for 1 year in 50% concrete vats and 50% Burgundy barrels of 3 wines. An expressive and fresh wine with notes of acid red fruits, redcurrant and wild strawberry, accompanied by a mineral register. Can be enjoyed with pasta, veal, pork, poultry and cold meats.
