Hand-harvested in the morning, the berries were separated from the stems and gently crushed, with the must immediately separated from the skins. Spontaneous fermentation took place in metal vats, where the wine was aged for 7 months before being bottled.
A crisp and dry rosé made 100% from Merlot.
Pairs well with salads and green vegetables but also with shellfish, fatty fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), lean fish and soft and mild cheese.
