An aromatic quality that lasts in a rich and full mouth, backed by ripe tannins and a fine acidity. This wine will accompany grilled red meats, game and cheese such as Morbier.

Un vin élevé en fût pendant 12 mois, d'une grande intensité tant au nez qu'en bouche. Fraise, groseille et cerise forment un bouquet élégant et puissant. Une qualité aromatique qui perdure au sein d'une bouche riche et ample, adossée à des tanins mûrs et une fine acidité. Ce vin accompagnera les viandes rouges grillées, les gibiers et le fromage tel que le Morbier.
