The sort named St. Michael derived its name from the village Šmihel in which JNK has two vineyards of sauvignon, white pinot and some malvasia.
The wine has the colour of straw and has a rich and fine flavour. The accentuation is on hay, accompanied by lime flowers, green apples, dried apricots and pears. At the end we can feel the touch of elder. Its taste is soft and fresh, rounded by elegance and lastingness.
Pair this wine wth fish as plaice, baked octopus or seabass in salt.
