From the oldest vines on the estate (70 years), this superb Gamay is expressed on a subsoil made up of granite and decomposing schist. Carbonic fermentation in concrete vats, aging for between 8 and 10 months in barrels of 2 or 3 wines. This Morgon is dense and deep with great freshness. A full-bodied wine with aromas of red fruits, its aromatic complexity evolves into animal notes as it ages. Can be enjoyed with Pasta, Veal, Pork and Poultry.
