A delicate, juicy Jura red - ethereal, slightly wild, and driven by freshness rather than extraction.

Silk Blue 2023 opens with a vivid, lifted nose of wild red berries - cranberry, raspberry, and sour cherry - wrapped in a slightly earthy, forest-floor nuance. There’s a delicate spiciness underneath, with hints of white pepper and clove adding complexity without weight.

On the palate, it is light, fluid, and energetic, driven by bright acidity and very fine tannins. The fruit is crunchy and fresh, leaning toward tart red berries, while a subtle savory dimension - damp earth, gentle spice - gives depth. The texture is silky but alive, with just enough grip to keep it structured despite its lightness.

The finish is clean and lifted, marked by spice, freshness, and a faint mineral edge, emphasizing drinkability
