The taste of the white Macvin is very aromatic and exotic. Flowers and fruit accompany notes of nuts and caramel. A round and rich wine characterized by notes of fresh fruit. It will be divine as an aperitif. It will accompany a melon or a dessert, tarte tatin or with prunes, dessert with figs or chocolate.
Macvin is a fortified wine (alcohol added to prevent all sugar to turn into alcohol), thus keeping a mild sweet taste.
