1 ha plot of Gamay (50 years old) on granite soil and decaying shales soil. The harvest is manual, the vinification in global grape, carbonic fermentation during 10 days. Very good Régnié, nice notes of cherries. That fruit goes by itself. Can be enjoyed with pasta, veal, pork and poultry.
