The Roero Arneis is still grown on the same hill in Canale, which is where Deltetto's viticultural history began. The Piedmontese term "dai vej" means "the old (people)" and is intended as a tribute to their forefathers. Pale yellow in hue, crystal clear; fruity aroma with hints of exotic fruits and crisp red apple. Hints of flowery flavors. Fresh acidity with notes resembling those in the nose is detected in the mouth.
Ideal as an aperitivo, but incredibly adaptable as well. It goes well with both unusual and traditional piedmontese antipasti.
