The Nebbiolo from Roero in its best expression, classic, elegant and fruity. It’s produced from the Santo Stefano Roero vineyard, that was inherited by Graziella’s father, Aldo.
Pale ruby color, with garnet hints at the nose it’s very intense, with floral and spicy notes, red fruits (such as raspberries and blackberries); in the mouth it’s elegant and fresh with a velvety tannin. Pairs well with first dishes as well as main courses. Very suitable when served by the glass. We like it with fried mushrooms.

Le Nebbiolo de Roero dans sa meilleure expression, classique, élégant et fruité. Il est produit à partir du vignoble de Santo Stefano Roero, hérité du père de Graziella, Aldo.
Couleur rubis pâle, avec des notes de grenat au nez, il est très intense, avec des notes florales et épicées, des fruits rouges (comme les framboises et les mûres) ; la bouche est élégante et fraîche avec un tanin velouté. Se marie aussi bien avec les premiers plats qu'avec les plats principaux. Très approprié lorsqu'il est servi au verre. Nous l'aimons avec des champignons frits.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
