A fresh and dry Muscat wine! Beautiful bright color. The nose exudes subtle aromas of fruits and white flowers. The palate is fresh, slightly acidic, and reminiscent of citrus fruits. The finish is fine, a simple and delicate wine.
Pairings: aperitif, grilled fish, shellfish, cheese board, tapas, or on its own!
Terroir: At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, terraces of sand and limestone sediments (oyster fossils and ammonites) which benefit from a microclimate sheltered from the Mistral. Vinification: Harvest at the beginning of the campaign for freshness. Direct pressing. Low temperature fermentation. Filtration before bottling.
