In the nose there's fennel and dried herbs. This is a full-bodied wine but refreshing by nice mineral notes. Natural orange wine made from Carignan blanc, the oldest vines on the estate. After a long skin maceration and vinification in demi-muids (oak vats), it aged for 9 months. This wine was elaborated through natural fermentation. This original and surprising wine, with very expressive aromas, will accompany poultry or meaty fish.
