Appellation Brut Cider - Zero added sulfur.

A natural cider, without any inputs or preservatives, with incredible freshness. Very fine and floral, Julien Thurel gives us here a mineral and tense, airy cuvée. Very digestible, this cider goes wonderfully with aperitifs and can be drunk with pleasure throughout the meal.
Assembly of different sour apples (Sébins, Bouteloup and Avrolles).
Food and wine pairing: terrines, boudins blancs, white meats or even shellfish and fish. Aperitifs and desserts… without forgetting the famous galette.
