The reference of the family of champagnes Waris-Hubert: Albescent (from the latin "root albus": white). It is the iconic Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs of the House. Crystaline, with touches of barley sugar, it enhances Chardonnay, the favourite grape-variety of Waris-Hubert. This is a gastronomic champagne and can be served as a festive aperitif or with shelfish and refined dishes.
