Garnet color with purple reflections. Nose of garrigue and aromatic plants as rosemary and thyme. Lively, peppery palate with aromas of spices and small black fruits. The tight tannins give a remarkable density. Pairings with spicy and tasty dishes: tajine, peppercorn steak, couscous, duck breast with Espelette pepper, paella, lamb curry.
